Can Pac-Man Frog (PAC) Repeat the Rapid Rise of Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB)?
Shiba Inu (SHIB) and Dogecoin (DOGE) are both crypto phenomenons that represent the unlimited and spectacular opportunities that exist in the world of cryptocurrency. These are coins inspired by memes, videos and other types of media. But it’s not just fun and games; meme coins are serious business and have made investors huge sums of money in recent years. So can the new NFT currency Pac-Man Frog (PAC) have the same kind of sensational impact on the cryptocurrency market?
Dogecoin (DOGE) – From Meme to Monster
Dogecoin (DOGE) is now the biggest meme coin on the market, sitting at an impressive number 10 on the CoinMarketCap league table. This had not been predicted. In fact, Dogecoin’s (DOGE) rise from relative obscurity to crypto heavyweight was rapid and totally unexpected when it first entered the fray.
Created by software engineers Billy Markus and Jackson Palmer in 2013, it was initially meant as a joke to poke fun at the cryptocurrency world. A sort of parody of the absurdity of it all. It’s based on a meme of a cute Japanese dog that had gone viral at the time.
However, Dogecoin (DOGE) quickly gained popularity and hit a market value of over $8 million within weeks of its launch in 2013. Last year, after Elon Musk and Snoop Dogg tweeted favourably about it, its value rocketed up by over 9,884%, peaking at a high of $0.74 in May of last year.
These are incredible figures, and several people got rich due to this Elon Musk inspired surge. Holders of Dogecoin (DOGE) will be very excited to hear that Musk is now planning to integrate the cryptocurrency into his Twitter takeover. He tweeted last week that Dogecoin (DOGE) ‘still has potential as a currency.’ This inevitably sent its price rocketing upwards once again
The Mind-Blowing rise of Shiba Inu (SHIB)
Shiba Inu (SHIB) is also a meme coin based on the same meme as Dogecoin (DOGE). Yes, it’s that cute Japanese dog again! However, Shiba Ina (SHIB) was created to be a ‘Dogecoin killer’ in 2020 by founder Ryoshi. Ryoshi’s identity is a secret, which adds a cool mystery to this cryptocurrency.
Last year, Shibu Inu (SHIB) hit the headlines when it made gains of over 25 million per cent! A mind-boggling leap and a great example of just how off the scale profitable these types of currencies can be. Unlike stable coins, meme coins have an unlimited supply. This means that when they go up, the sky’s the limit.
This was proved when one trader’s investment of $13,000 in Shiba Inu (SHIB) in 2020 famously rose to an insane $5 Billion by 2021!
Will Pac-Man Frog (PAC) Start Munching the Magic Pills?
Unlike the other two currencies we have looked at, Pac-Man Frog (PAC) is not a meme coin. Instead, it is an NFT coin that is currently at the presale stage. Part of the Solana (SOL) Network blockchain, Pac-Man Frog (PAC) allows token-holders to pursue projects in both GameFi and NFT. This is undoubtedly the area of crypto exchange that is making headlines in the mainstream media.
These kinds of gaming projects are new and exciting and are capturing the imagination right now. Pac-Man Frog (PAC) will work to help with the demands of other gaming projects. In addition, those that invest now in the presale will get access to new projects and will be easily able to invest through the Pac-Man Frog platform.
It started very brightly, with significant investments during its pre-sale stage. It has been garnering much attention since its launch with its slick marketing drive and its cool yet dynamic image.
Everything is pointing towards a momentously bullish rise for Pac-Man Frog (PAC) in the not too distant future. As prices are currently low, it looks wise to get on board with all three of these currencies right away. A significant uptick could well be on the cards any time soon.
